Augustines' idea of learning is based on Platonism, he believes that the process of "learning" is the soul remembering what it knew before birth.
Augustine believes that everyone knows everything somewhere in the recesses of their brain.

So if someone asks you if you know the answer to something, just say "Yeah, probably." and leave it at that.
