Tonight has been and odd night indeed. I guess the weirdness started with a pack of gum... an empty pack of gum. After that it was off to go see the move Punch Drunk Love with Megan, Tara and Justin. Tara and Justin were going to meet Megan and me at the movie theater. As soon as we left Birnkrant there was an unusually large amount of people outside and something was wrong with the sprinklers in the planters. They were just shooting streams of water into the sky... once we passed that weirdness we still felt something weird was going to happen... and we were right. A couple of minutes later a group of ninjas ran past us... and then we came upon Justin and Tara filming a part of their movie, I was thinking the ninjas were part of the movie, but they weren't. So we talked to them for a bit and then on towards the movie theater we continued, more ninjas passed. Then once we got there there were pirates!! We were confused for a bit but we later figured out that the ninjas and the pirates were playing a game of capture the flag. Well, once we got into the movie theater you figure the weirdness would stop right? NOPE! About after 20 minutes of waiting this one guy gets on the stage and starts doing ballet. Then people in the croud start suggesting things for him to do and he does it, he goes on for a good 10 minutes, man it was hilarious. Then the movie started... the movie was very strange, sad, funny at some parts (but it didn't really try to be funny, it just was) and just plain weird, but I liked it. Anyway, weird night, fun night, full of a bunch of little strange surprises, just the way I like it.
