Well today was my birthday. I'm now 20... not a teenager anymore. I don't really feel any older but, then again, I haven't felt older since I turned 16.
Today was pretty fun, I had to wake up pretty early to go to breakfast with Lucy and Hope. We went to IHOP and they gave me a little tag thing that said "i'm special" and they made me wear it while we were eating, it was kind of embarassing hehe. Then we just hung out for a bit and I had to come back home to go to lunch with my family (sans brother, he's in Washington DC). After lunch I opened my presents, I got MONEY and cds and a dvd (Pirates of the Carribean! YESSS!~).
Then we watched the movie, obviously. The rest of the day was pretty lazy, I just sat around relaxing and it was just great.
Um... let's see I had a full medical yesterday, I'm pretty much in good shape except for being a little overweight (duh, I already knew that) but I'm supposed to be like 140. That's the "ideal" weight for my height, I don't think I can get to that weight, I don't have a very lean body structure, but whatever, doesn't mean I can't try I guess. I had the coolest doctor though. He graduated from USC and he was really nice and funny and we just told stories most of the time. I also got a hepatitis B shot and my arm is still sore :(.
A little change of news on the friends-that-are-getting-married thing. My friend that told me Amanda was getting married was WRONG, he meant to say Ashley, at least he thinks he meant to say Ashley, all he knows is the girls name starts with an 'A' so he said Amanda... and for some other strange reason he said she was marrying a military dude. Let's see... Ashley starts with "A" but she isn't marrying a military guy (Ben isn't military right? or is he?). So I'm pretty damned confused right now about the whole thing, but it would make sense if it was Ashley since it was Sharon that told my friend that told me and Sharon is pretty good friends with Ashley. CONFUSING! OH well, after the 27th it will all be gravy.
