Wednesday: two days in one! "dial a phone number at random and read this script with a deep southern accent day." AND "ignore today day"
Instead of writing about wednesday I'll record what happened. I dialed a random number, it was some girl on campus and here's what happened: download here and yes, I know I am a complete nerd. As for the rest of the day. Well, there's not much to say because I ignored it.
Thursday: "Nauru awareness day." Nauru is a tiny island all alone in the middle of the Pacific. Today I was to recognize Nauru as a nation and let them know that I know they exist. The book suggests sending a post card but I decided to send an e-mail to the presidential office. It was one of those lame AOL e-card things and it had a picture of a penguin hugging and iceburg or something like that. for the text I put "I will always remember you." No response e-mail, it probably got sent through some junk filter thing. Oh well.
Friday: "tonight control your dreams." My task was to control my dreams (obviously) by thinking about a hedgehog an aeroplane and a midget ALL day long. I thought about that stuff but I didn't have any dreams about them :( The only dream I could remember involved stuff I probably shouldn't talk about in a public blog.
Saturday: "be on the lookout for the paranormal!" I think LA is the CENTER of the paranormal in the universe. Everything from entertaining bums to entertaining prostitutes ALL the way to entertaining hobo prostitute, it has everything strange. The only paranormal thing that happened to me today was on my way back from walking Heather back to her room at 1 a.m and being accosted by two fat hookers. Yep. That's it.
Sunday: "today write to a dictator to stop torture." I wrote the letter but I haven't mailed it yet. Mail doesn't go out on Sunday and tomorrow is a federal holiday so it won't go out today. Sorry all of you tortured people of Estonia, your liberation will have to wait a few days because our presidents were born around this time. :(
Monday: "give little tasks to everyone around you today." The book gives me a page where i can cut out little tasks to everyone I meet today. I haven't done this day yet because i didnt want to cut up the book. I'll photocopy the page tomorrow and do the day wednesday. Or maybe I'll do it tomorrow which is "say nothing today." That'd be extra hilarious. I'd just give someone a task and not explain it. AWESOME!
As for stuff aside from the book: I saw a movie with heather, that was fun. Valentine's day was the typical valentines day, nothing happened. I DID get two valentines though, one from megan and one from my RA, Brian. Oh yeah, and Megan baked me cookies. DELISH.
